Delivery time: Your order will be sent from us within 2-10 working days.

Terms of delivery: We send all parcels by DHL. Gift vouchers are sent with normal postal service.

Freight cost in Sweden: 70,00-150,00 SEK (gift voucher 20,00 SEK). The freight cost will be offered if the shipment is very large. See offered freight costs below.

Freight cost in Europe: 150,00-250,00 SEK (gift voucher 30,00 SEK). The freight cost will be offered if the shipment is very large. See offered fright costs below. Customs costs might be added for countries outside EU.

Freight cost rest of the world: Offered (gift vouchers 30,00 SEK). See offered freight costs below. Customs costs might be added.

Offered fright costs: For shipments outside EU an offer of the freight cost wil be sent. An order confirmation including the offered fright cost will be sent in an email within 2 working days. The order confirmation will then be approved and paid by credit card, approved and paid in advance or cancelled by the customer.

Return policy: Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return the products within 10 working days from the date on which you received the products purchased on www.tiogruppen.com. The products must be received by Ten Swedish Designers AB within 30 working days from the date of their recept. Shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refounded. Shipping cost for returned orders will be charged by you and you will be responsible for any loss or damage on the products. Use the return form enclosed with the parcel. After Ten Swedish Designers AB has received the returned products and checked the conformity of the products with all requirements, you will receive the relevant notice of acceptance of the returned products by e-mail. Time required for writing back or returning the sums you paid for purchasing the products depends on the credit/debit card, but it normally it occurs after two bank statements. (Please note that the currency exchange rate to be used for writing back the sums paid is the same as the date of debit on your current account; consequently you do not lose out in terms of bank interests). The return right is valid for all products sold on www.tiogruppen.com except all kind of fabric by running meters and products at a reduced price.

Advance payment: Send the payment to Ten Swedish Designers AB, NSEASESS IBAN SE32 3000 0000 0171 5100 6322. Please add your order no. as reference. As soon as we have received your payment we will send your order. We need you payment within 10 working days or the order will automaticly be cancelled.

Confidentiality: According to the Swedish law dated 24 of October 1998 on personal data bases "Personuppgiftslagen", you have the right to inspect and correct the data we keep concerning you. This data will not be communicated to any outside organization.

Cleansing instructions: Fabric & Canvas: 100% cotton, wash in 60° C.
Oil cloth: Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash.

Observe: All ready-made products are unique as they are manufactured from one piece of the fabric or plastic coated fabric. The product that we will deliver to you might not look exactly the same as the product shown at www.tiogruppen.com. Colours might not be rightly shown on a monitor.
