Delivery time: Your order will be dispatched within 2-10 working days.

Terms of delivery: We send all parcels by DHL. Gift vouchers are sent by normal postal service.

Deliveries in Sweden: 70-150 SEK (gift voucher 20 SEK). We will state delivery options for large shipments. See delivery options below.
 
Deliveries within Europe: 150-300 SEK, gift voucher 30 SEK. We will state delivery options for large shipments. See delivery options below. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to custom charges.

Delivery options:We will provide you with different options for shipments outside the EU. An order confirmation including the delivery cost will be sent by email within 5 working days. When the order confirmation has been approved and paid the order will be dispatched.

Return policy: We want to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the products purchased through www.tiogruppen.com within 10 working days from the date on which they were received. The products must be received by Ten Swedish Designers AB within 30 working days from the date when they were received by the customer. The cost of returning the purchased products is not refundable. The customer is liable for delivery costs for returned orders and for any loss or damage to the products. Please use the return form enclosed with the parcel. After Ten Swedish Designers AB has received the returned products and checked the conformity of the products with all requirements, you will receive the relevant notice of acceptance of the returned products by e-mail. Time required for writing back or returning the sums you paid for purchasing the products depends on the credit/debit card, but it normally takes two months. (Please note that the currency exchange rate used for refunds is the same as on the date when the amount was drawn on you account. The return right is valid for all products sold via www.tiogruppen.com except all textiles sold by the meter and products sold at reduced prices.

Advance payment: Please make your payment to Ten Swedish Designers AB, NSEASESS IBAN SE32 3000 0000 0171 5100 6322 adding your order no. as reference. As soon as we have received your payment we will dispatch your order. If we do not receive you payment within 10 working days the order will automatically be cancelled.

Confidentiality: According to the Swedish Act on personal databases "Personuppgiftslagen" dated 24 October, 1998, you are entitled to inspect and correct your data in our files. This data will not be communicated to any outside our organisation.
 
Cleansing instructions: Textiles: 100% cotton: wash in 60° C.
Oil cloth: Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash.
 
Please note: All ready-made products are unique as they are manufactured from one piece of the textile or plastic coated fabric. The product we will deliver to you may not look exactly the same as the product shown on the www.tiogruppen.com website, since colours are sometimes distorted in screen images.
